I am in fact now trying to update Luigi's Mansion frequently! If I do not update daily, be expected for the journal entry for a missing day to be added in the next update, so it's technically daily. Lol

Happy New Year? Yeah that was 5 months ago... 😅 Yes, that is correct, I am coming back to NeoCities (FOR REAL THIS TIME!) and I have some plans. Luigi's Mansion is not only back but I am putting my mind to the test by remembering to try to update this page daily. Yes, dialy. But that also means that I need to do something new to keep myself updating the page. There are a few things that I want to do, so I will just sum it all up here in this one announcement.

First, I will continue to write game reviews; however, they won't be "reviews" anymore. Instead, if I enjoy a game so much, I will add it to the Favorite Games page. Hooray, something that keeps the original idea of Luigi's Mansion alive while also doing something new! I am excited to show my appreciation for a game in a more simple way. Oh, and I am also voiding the ratings for reviews. It will just be my opinion and a conclusion. Second, not to be unoriginal here, but I am also doing a Favorite Movies page to express my love for a movie as well. Movies are just video games you have no control over and you just watch it for entertainment, so it is totally fair I can do the same thing I have been doing with video games. Third, a journal, or a more personalized version of this announcements page. What is the point of having your own person webpage when you don't make it personal? So yeah, be prepared to learn a lot more about my personal life, and hey I may even share a few secrets. My parents don't even know I have a NeoCities website so they won't even hear about these secrets. Last but not least, also not to be unoriginal, but I will do what a lot of people on NeoCities does already, song of the day! Or the week depending on whether or not I have listened to something other than video game soundtracks for a week.

I am super happy I have finally had the motivation to do this. Updates will be slow, because finals are approaching and I only got 2 weeks of school left, and because it's not even summer break yet. So maybe I didn't think things through. I apologize that I kinda left Neocities without realizing I like it here. I can't just abandon all these cool people I've met and this awesome project of mine, so it looks like Luigi's Mansion is back in business. I will be making major renovations for the next few days to keep things fresh. If you are looking to suggest anything new, which I definitely need, please use the chat! Sorry for the lack of reviews/updates to the site! I am planning to get rid of the game review only aspect of the site and make it more of a personal site thing with game reviews, dev logs, etc. This means I will have to rework the entire site, which shouldn't take too long. Then I will have multiple different things to work on instead of just reviewing games. If game reviews are what you followed for, stick around, because that will still be a main attraction of the site. Anyways, have a nice day! idk if it's just me but neocities is having an issue with some parts of the site and stuff, stuff like the global activity tab and some user pages. it's annoying me A LOT
